Hi! I'm a 23 year old married women . I've visited a gynecologist last month and i was told that I am infected with HPV because there was cauliflower like growth in my vagina. i was given podowart to apply. After applying it, the wart disappeared little but it came up again. why is that so? how long should i avoid unprotected sex? and what should my husband do because his penis itches after we have intercourse, he takes flucanazole pills, it helped him

Hi, it appears that you might be having mixed infection, along with the H.P.V. So both of you are expected to use medicine for the mixed infections.
I to my patient with such infections prescribe acyclovir, fluconazole, and cifixime . Thank you.
