Infection In Ear, Paining While Putting Earring. Applying Ear Drops. Healing Period?

hi:) my ears are newly pierced, just slightly more than a year ago. i got an infection due to some plastic earrings. i had this before and it recovered. but now it came back again. it doesn't hurt, unless i put an earring through it. i use the ear drop thing to clean the ears every night and sometimes also in the morning. i didn't count the last time it recovered, so i just wanted to ask approximately how long it will take to recover:) thanks!(:

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Since it is infection at ear lobe apply antibiotic regularly 3 thmes a day with oral anti inflammatory drug to prevent inflammation. If there is pus collection then need to be drained. Depending on the response of bacteria it will heal. It may take 3-7 days. Consult your doctor for examination and management.

Hi,
It seems that there might be some irritation on ear prick due to wearing earrings.
For time being do not wear any earrings, keep it as such.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning the area.
After total healing go for earrings.
If infection is more then go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
