Ingrown Hair On Shaft Of My Penis And It Is Swollen

I got an ingrown hair on the shaft of My penis after shaving . Following so I exfoliated the are and put a hot/warm compress on it til it got cold then I took tweezer and pulled the hair. Unfortunately I pulled too much and pulled the hair out. Anyway, its still red and swollen is there anything I can do to get rid of the lump
