Ingrown Pubic Hair.Tried To Push Through. Black Spot, Skin Peeled. Problem?

A few days ago in my pubic reigon i found what i though to be an ingrown hair, i put a warm cloth on it to try and help the hairs push through for 10 minutes a day for the past 2 days. and woke up on the third day with a black spot in place of it, which is a bit harder, about the size of a hole punch, and peeled skin at the top. I'm not sexually active so i don't think it's an std.. Please help.

Thanks for the query.
Ingrown pubic hairs is a common condition.
sometimes it may cause an allergic reaction,
This may lead to development of nodule.

It can be treated by using topical steroids.
Also use a trimmer instead of shaving pubic area.
