Ingrown Toe Nail, Red And Oozing Pus. Taking Medication, Insulin Dependent Diabetic. Suggestions?

Went into Urgent Care facility on Sunday May 4th due to possible ingrown toenail(?) or bug bite on my toe. It is red and oozing pus. I was put on 800 mg Bactrim 2 times a day. I have not seen an improvement as of today, May 8th...It does not seem to be getting worse, but is not getting any better. How long do I wait before going back to the doctor. I am also an insulin dependent diabetic.

Take medications to control DM.. Find out any other immuno compromised condition and treat it.Keep the higeine good. Take immunobusters to improve immunity.. All this should be done under ca re of dermatologist and phhysician... Ok
