Injury In Breast Area, Sternum, Mark On Chest, Painful. What Is Wrong?

I am a 53 year old female, very active and I feel off my daughters trampoline and hit a sharp rock between my breast area...(the sternum), It left a large z mark on my chest. This occured 2 days ago, It hurts to cough sneeze and if I breath in deeply. I still have an area that is swollen above the mark on my chest, and it really hurts.

YOU MIGHT NEED SOME ANALGESICS WITH INFLAMMATORY DRUGS, BUT IF PAIN PERSIST YOU CAN GO FOR CHEST X RAY AP VIEW.
