Insight On Bleeding Between Periods And Itchy Vaginal Area?

I've Ben suffering from what I believe are repeat yeast infections. My entire vulva and vaginal area become itchy. It goes away for awhile then comes back. I believe almost a month ago I had a miscarriage 3 yrs after having my tubes tied. Tonight, I went to the bathroom and there was orange, bright orange blood. I suppose I'm due for a period but not for another week. Any insight?

Hi,
Since you have so many clarifications that need to be made and which are difficult through online consultation, I advise you to see a specialist for a proper evaluation and further management. Repeated yeast infections need proper treatment and also prophylaxis for at least 3 months up to six months; sometimes the partner may also have to be treated. The cause of the spotting should be diagnosed through a pregnancy test, sonogram and hormonal assay if needed after a proper physical examination. Hope this helps.
