Hi ! If you do not have enough sleep in the night, it is natural to get body aches the next day, and in your case, it being a routine sleepless nights, the symptoms of body pain might have gone worse. The symptoms of yours could be due to some kind of anxiety neurosis and depression, for which I would suggest you to show yourself to a Psychiatrist without further delay. Wishing you an early recovery.

Sleep is very important for our physical as well as mental health. It is important for us to get good sleep and feel satisfied and refreshed after a night's sleep.
Poor sleep (insomnia) is a common condition in modern days.

You may seek the help of a psychiatrist for your sleep disturbance. He will screen for any other physical diseases that may cause poor sleep. He will also screen for any mental illness (anxiety or depression commonly) that can be a cause of your sleep disturbances. This is especially likely because your sleep is only about 2 to 4 hours and also you say that you cry a lot in the morning hours. These may be indicative of depression.

If the underlying cause is identified and treated, you will be able to get good sleep. This will be done by the help of specific medications for anxiety or depression which are not addictive.

Many people with insomnia try to medicate themselves with alcohol or by buying sleeping pills from the local pharmacist. I would strongly advice against such means which are habit forming or addictive in nature.
