Intense Pain Around The Ear And Cartilage After Being Slapped On Ear. History Of Bruises On Cartilage. What Should Be Done?

Hello doctor I need help. I was being slapped on my left ear very hardly around three Months ago. My outer ear was bruised. I had bruises on the cartilage. I didn t get it examined. I experienced difficulty sleeping after that. It used to hurt a lot even if it was touched softly. It got better after a month. Now the problem is I experience intense pain around that ear n some where in the cartilage. please tell what is it? What should I do.

The only option is x-ray study because the history of trauma is there and it is also have specific symptoms then x-ray is must of course analgesic will give you good result but will not cure the underlying cause, have nice day.
