Intense Pain, Rapid Heart Beats, Breathing Difficulty, Throat Dryness Post Cinnamon Challenge. What Can Be Done?
Hey im 15 years old and imade a stupid idea by doing the cinnamon challenge and like im in so much pain , like my heart is beating so fast , and im kinda having a hard time breathing and ifeel like im about to throw up and oh iliterally am compleley losing it , like ithink im gonna die , oh and my throat is dry iknow thats normal and ido drink alot of water . Can you please help me!
You seem to have a allergic reaction out of over use of cinnamon. Spices and condiments have acids and certain chemicals which may lead to soft tissue reactions and irritate the mucous membrane of throat and lungs. It may lead to chest congestion , dryness and difficulty in breathing. You need to consult a physician and get the examination done. if necessary chest x rays will help in ruling out if there is any congestion accordingly treatment can be done. oral steroid or nasal sprays helps in clearing the mucus but has to taken only on a physicians advise. drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated.
