Intense Rectal Itching And Inflammation, Blood On Wipes After Scratching, Forms Thin Mucus Film On Drying. What Could The Cause Be?

intense rectal itching and inflammation, bright red (but faintly colored) blood on wipes after scratching , after wiping dry, thin film of mucous forms until itching becomes unbearable and cycle repeats. This has been continuous for approximately one month, today for the first time I noticed scaling on outer rim of anus .

Hi i think it is anal fissure.use of sucral-t ointment over the lesions and use a oral antibiotic.if not cured go for a surgeon for fissurotomy
