Intense Stomach Pain While Moving, Nausea. Reason?

My stomach hurts everywhere like a deep pain and in anticipation to move it hurts more so I'm afraid to move (I can sit somewhat comfortable but I can't lay down or stand straight). I thought it must be constipation but I desperately felt like I needed to puke the pain away. But, I can't go #2 or puke because my body is not in the mood.

Hi
Welcome to HCM

The description you have provided seem more to be because of the gastritis which is condition in which there is hyper secretion of the peptic acid which causes damage to the stomach mucosa. It may also result due to H.pylori infection. The mucosal layer protects stomach from the effects of the peptic acid which is highly acidic with a PH level of 1.2. After the damage the stomach smooth muscle fiber are in direct contact with the acid causing severe abdominal pain and reflux.

It is recommended to visit a doctor for proper management as its one more common and dangerous complication is perforation. Antacids and proton pump inhibitor drugs like omeprazole are very effective in the reducing the acid levels by reducing their secretion. You can also use domeperidone which antispasmodic and motility enhancer.

Thanks
Regards

General Surgeon Dr. M Y Shareef's  Response
Hi ! What you have described as your symptoms points to some kind of severe infection in your abdominal cavity, which if proved by clinical examination, and investigations may need a surgical intervention. So I would advise you to immediately go and consult a general surgeon without wasting much time. Good luck.

Hello, thanks for the query to H.C.M.C.
So intense pain that too in stomach may be due to some acute gastritis.
Due to over eating, anxiety, stress, alcohols ( in excess) tension, this type of disease may occurs where you feel intense pain during walking of talking.
Consult a h physician and get in U/S of whole abdomen to rule out any other disease in other part of stomach.
Pl get in blood examination to rule out any infection.
Till you can relief from some antacid combined with local anaesthetic ( as oxytacain) but at he advice of some consultant.
Regards. Dr. HET
