hello,

Little blood on urination may be feature of urinary tract infection. Here, you need to undergo one urine examination - routine, microscopic & culture to rule out the causative agent and confirm the diagnosis.

You may require one course of antibiotic medication with urine alkaliser. Drink plenty of water and cranberry juice to flush out the body toxin.

Intermittent vaginal bleeding or period may be due to hormonal imbalance or old blood. Just maintain genital hygiene. Kindly, consult with your doctor regarding this.

Good luck.
