Intermittent Gastric Pain, Raditing Cranially, Choking Sensation, Coughing Phlegm, Chest Pain, Breath Disturbances, Occipitocortical Numbness. Advice?
hi doctor this is Maher, 21 yr-old male, suffering from an intermittent epigastric pain which is releived by sleep , the pain is burning radiating cranially. I have also chocking sensation, I cough up much phlegm . cocurrently, I always have stabing pain in the side of my back with tightening and enlarging of uderlying area of soring part. I ve never been diagnosed with any disease before. however, I usually complain of serious symptoms, including chest pain , breath disturbances, and occiipitocortical numbness up to a part. I really seek for a medical advices, regarding the complete recovery from this health disturbances

1. Common Intermittent epigastric pain could be due to gastritis, APD, heart burn, IBS and coughing up could be due to GERD [gastro esophageal reflux disease], check with a Gastroenterologist regarding these symptoms.
2. stabbing pain in the sides of back [flank pains] means kidney troubles, or disc disease, check with an Orthopedic surgeon regarding Spine Examination and MRI spine Investigation.
3. Occipito cortical numbness requires Neurological examination while chest pain and breath disturbances needs to be Addressed by a Medicine Specialist.
