Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be due to anemia, and infection.Or there could be P.C.O.S, due to imbalanced harmones the irregular periods may occur.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have an ultrasound for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms hematinics, fluconazole, cifixime.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
