Irregular Period. Do I Need To See A Doctor?

I am 16 and my period has been irregular for about 2 or 3 years. Do I need to see a doctor?

Hello,
Usually during the teenage years periods may be irregualar but it may regularise in a couple of years.If by 18 it doesnt then you will have to be tested to find the cause.Some common causes are polycystic ovaries,thyroid dysfunction,high prolactin etc.
