Irregular Periods. What Should I Do For This?

Hi mam. I got married on may 13 and I got my first mensus on the sane month 24 but my actual date is 19 ...and on July I got it on 5 th .on Aug I got it on 8th .on Sep I got it on 12 but for this month till now I didn t got my periods ...I just wanna to know what will be the issue and I just want to get my periods ....what should I do for this?

Hello ma'am.

First of all, you will have to get elaborately evaluated to find the exact cause, this would call for an ultrasound investigation of your abdomen and pelvis, blood investigations to check for hormone levels and also urine routine investigations.
