Irregular Periods, On Contraceptive Implant, Did Not Have Periods Since Months, Feeling Of Lump Blocking Vagina, Dizziness. Reason?
Hello, I am a young adult, and have very irregular periods, i have the contraceptive implant. I have not had a period for 2/3 months, however i have been on for 6 days, and discovered a large marble like lump blocking the entrance to my vagina, which feels squishy and brain like, i am also bleeding very heavy, which is unusual for me, i also keep getting very dizzy.

Hi, you are an young adult having irregular periods. you are on contraceptive implant, didn't have period for 3 months. followed by expulsion of a lump from vegina, heavy bleeding and dizzyness.
It appears to be the inevitable abortion. probably your implant has expired and you had pregnancy and abortion.
I advise you to consult a gynacologist for curettage of the remnant products of pregnancy to prevent hemorrhage. Thank you.
