Irregular Periods, Spotting, Pregnancy Test Positive
I. Came on Feb 20 stay on for 3 days that very unsuspecting for me its very very heavy but this time very very light then went off then couple days later I started spotting pinkish discharge . Then after that I waited a week also took 10 home pregnancy test all positive what is going on

Another possibility that needs consideration (in view of heavy periods a few weeks early followed by positive home pregnancy test) is abortion.
A careful examination by your gynecologist and ultrasound examination is warranted to confirm the possibility. So do visit your doctor at the earliest.
