Hi, Your sonogram report shows polycystic ovaries and this needs to be correlated clinically to arrive at the diagnosis of PCOD as cysts do not always mean the condition. A complete hormonal profile, clinical examination and menstrual history are essential. The hormonal imbalance seen in this condition can be corrected easily and good response is observed to treatment. Please maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and good diet. Follow your doctor's instructions; you would need some courses of combination pills to get your cycles on track or Metformin to treat insulin resistance if any, and/or ovulation induction after proper priming. Hope this helps.
