Irritating Inside Tip Of Penis, No Pain Or Discharge. Drank Lot Of Cranberry Juice. Suggestions?

The inside tip of my penis is very irritable (has been for 2 days now) and i have to be very frequently and when I do I do not pee very much. Any suggestions? I drank a lot of cranberry juice today and it seemed to let up. If I can stay occupied it isnt as bad, but sitting around it is annoying but not painful. There is no burning when I pee. There are no discharges.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
irritation at the tip of the penis and has increase frequency and urge to pass urine.
This is most likely to be due to inflammation of the external urinary meatus and terminal urethra.
Please get your routine urinr test done to rule out infection.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics for 5 days along with urine alkaliser.
Ensure to drink more water.
It should get cured within a week.
