Irritating Lump Underneath Clitoris. What Is This?

I have a very small irritating lump right underneath my clitoris on the left side of my labia, it isn't discolored at all and it doesn't itch but It's very irritating to touch, it feels sore when I wipe it and when it rubs my underwear, It's bigger than a zit, smaller than a pea, and it is not hard, but very irritating.

What is this?

Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it seems to be infection in the hair root called folicullitis.
It usually occurs due to scratching after perspiration,improper hygiene,unprotected sex.
Take proper local care,wash it with anti septic liquid,apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid.
Start oral antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic,moxifloxacin to subside infection and nsaid to subside pain.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper medications.
