Is 1200 Calories Ideal Intake During 11 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
hello, I have always worried about my weight and constantly calorie count, theres no way I have 70g of fat a day either poss a max of 25-30g. I am now 11 weeks pregnant and only eating around 1200cal a day will this harm my babys growth? My last baby was born with a large VSD, missing kidney and anterior anus, could not having enough calories/fat have caused this? thankyou x

Problems with previous baby were all due to GENETIC DEFECTS. It had nothing to do with calories.
But now you need almost double of the calories you are taking now a days. 2500+ you need. Because you are not alone on those calories. You are two humans on those calories which you take. You can reduce weight later on. But it will not increse even in the first place if you avoid junk foods soda and instant calorie drinks.
Take a healthy diet, fruits and juices preferred.
