Is 150 High For Sugar Levels During Pregnancy? Suggest Remedies

My sugar levels are high 150 this week-35th week of pregnancy. trying for a vbac. had a controlled GD till date(diet n exercize) 2 weeks back scan report-51 percentile fetus. is 150 too high and an immediate concern? what are my chances for a vbac?

dear madam i understand your concern.yes definitely 150 is little more at your stage of pregnancy.in my opinion if this continue baby will put on more weight and in that case normal vaginal delivery may become little difficult.dear madam i need some more information from you wats your fasting blood suagr and what is your blood suagr afetr 2 hrs after taking food..with this information i can assist you better.considering to start small dose of metformin is not a bad idea and as per latest studies its safe in pregancy also...Dr vamsi Diabetologist
