Is 3-day Period Normal For Woman In Her 30s?

Is it normal for a 30 year old woman to have her period only for 3 days. The first two days are heavy to the third day being moderate. I used to be 7 days in my teenage years and early and late mid twenties to 5 days. Now since age 27 it has gone to 3 days. Is this normal? Remember my first two days are my heaviest.
