Is 3 Mg Of Melatonin Advisable While On Intuniv For ADHD In A Child?

My 7 year old son is on Intuniv 1 mg., extended release prescribed to him for ADHD. He also takes Focalin XR 15 mg. Per day. He has problems falling asleep at night. Can he take 3 mg. Of melatonin at night when he takes the Intuniv? I would ask his doctor but she is out of town for a week.

hi, u can take melatonin 3 mg only once in a night. i suggest u will give focalin in morning if he took in evening because it affect our sleep also.
