Is 3 Weeks After Delayed Periods Too Early For Pregnancy Test?

Hi doctor,I got delayed in my periods. It was supposed to be 10 days back. I am not sure because I had insecure sex 3 weeks and 2 days back. I did the pregnancy test as well. But it is negative. Is it too early to do a pregnancy test? And I am scared that I am pregnant. Please advise me about what should I do..?Thank you.

Hi,
Pregnancy test done after 7-8 days of your expected period date, it is reliable.
If you are having doubt go for blood HCG test to rule out pregnancy.
