General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fepanil contains Paracetamol. Paracetamol is quite a safe drug for fever. The dose depends on the weight of the patient.

For a child of over 2 years, for mild fever, 3 ml of 250 mg is enough .but 4 ml can also be used if needed. The drug can be related 3 to 4 times a day if need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
