General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Having 6-8 hours sleep a day is enough to maintain good health.
He can take some B.complex and multivitamin supplements at this age to keep more fit for 5-6 hours job.
Ask to reduce his weight.
Ok and take care.
