Is 5-6 Hours Of Sleep A Day Adequate In An Elderly Male?
my 67 year old partner (male) seems to need a lot of sleep. he still works in a manual job for 5-6 hours a day but wont give it up. he sleeps for a couple of hours in the afternoon and will sleep at night from 9 til 5 when he gets up. he eats well, is slightly overweight and gets drunk once a week. should be be taking vitamin supplements and is this amount of sleep normal
Hi, Having 6-8 hours sleep a day is enough to maintain good health. He can take some B.complex and multivitamin supplements at this age to keep more fit for 5-6 hours job. Ask to reduce his weight. Ok and take care.
