Is 9 Mm Of Anterolisthesis Of L4 On L% Considered Grade 2?

Is 9mm of anterolisthesis of L4 on L% considered grade 2? What are options for this diagnosis? In addition, moderate degenerative changes were most notable at L2-L3 and L-L5. Facet arthropathy seen bilaterally at L4-L5 and L5-S1....what is the overall prognosis??

prognosis will be good. Physiotherapy and life style modifications will be useful. Consult a physiatrist and he will direct you accordingly.
