Is Absolute 3 G Right Medication For High Serum Creatinine, Fluctuating BP And Missed Heartbeat?

Hi Dr, Patient age 67 years has suffering from high levels of Serum Creatinine 1.5 to 2.0 and fluctions of BP sometimes low and sometimes high as 160/90. The patient also has a problem of missing beats and low hameoglobin 9.0. As the patient was on a diet, he is feeling absolutely very weak and has been recommended to take Absolute 3 G. We would like to know if this tablet would be suitable for the patient having the above problems and also what are the side effects?
