Hi, have a small outbreak of a shingle which happens now and then, via stress of being a caregiver,I have 3 leftover generic from my last little outbreak under by left breast. A red line under breast with just a couple of blisters, Val acyclovir 1 GM tablet every 12 hpurs, ,think I should start tinight

Valacyclovir can be started for shingles outbreak. The earlier the better.
The dosage for shingles outbreak is 1 gm every 8 hours for 10 days.
