Is Adco-Alzam Intake Safe For Treatment Of Anxiety?

Hi i have recently gone through a traumatic experience and started taking adco alzam is it safe to use for a short period of time to avoid my panic attacks /anxiety and depression ? and how much is okay i have been taking 0.5.mg 3 times a day. I am 21 my height is 1.73 and my weight is 63 kg

Hello,

Benzodiazepines like alprazolam are suitable only for short term as they start to develop tolerance and dependence. They shouldn't be used for over 2-3 weeks. Also the dose you are on seems a little high as an initial dose, I would have tried 0.25 mg first, only if that isn't working would go to 0.5 mg.
