Is Adderall Advisable For Lack Of Concentration And Memory?

Would you suggest adderal for my symptoms? I cant focus one anyone task for a period of time like tens or more minutes because I am constantly thinking as I'm reading or drawing or anything and then I'll be distracted forget my task and forget to ever finish it. I can be talking to someone and have them repeat their self because i was thinking of something else in my head. I quit high school because it was getting to challenging to read and pay attention. My mother kept saying i was just saying that and being lazy but i couldnt help it focusing is hard. I would have to read one sentence several timea because every word brauggt on a new thought. What can i do to help. I cant keep a job for long because I'll lose my attention and forget customers. Thank you.

I can understand your concern. The symptoms you have mentioned like poor focus, inability to concentrate on studies or work, difficulty in finishing the tasks, thinking about different things continuously etc suggest some attention deficit problems. You have failed to finish the school, have problems of laziness so the problem is really severe. In my opinion you should consider consulting a psychiatrist for your symptoms. Talk to your mother and visit a psychiatrist.

Medicines like stimulants can be used to improve the focus and symptoms of inattention. Medicines like Methylphenidate, Dexamphetamine etc are commonly used stimulants. Adderall is a combination of amphetamine and dexamphetamine and can help in improving the focus. Please consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and prescription of these drugs. Don't take these medicines without prescription because these drugs carry high abuse potential.
