Is Adipex Harmful To The Body And Will It Show Up In The Urine Drug Test?

1/2 Adipex was taken for 1wk and stopped on July 3rd. Then restarted 1/2 on Monday but have not taken since then. Will it be out of system by Friday ? And is this medication dangerous to my body? Have a urine drug test for new employment at that time.

Firstly let me tell you that every medications have there benefit and adverse affects on body, seen some in one while not in other. We treat with specific drugs because its benefits surpass the harms. So similar is the case for Adipex.
Regarding will this drug be washed out from body by Friday i.e day 4 of last intake, its difficult. It would take minimum of 1 week to nearly fully clear off. Secondly since you are going to have a drug test on friday, there are chances trace amount of drug can be detected in the test, but it depends how specific and sensitive the test is. If the test is of high threshold, it might be undetected.
I would advice, go get the test done by yourself before the employers, if it gets detected, avoid confrontations for couple of days.
