Is Advil Safe To Be Given For Left-sided Body Pain Caused Due To An Injury?

Hello my 10 year old daughter fell on her back doing a gymnastic move in the living room. Two days later she has complained about pain on her left side that gets worse when she breathes. I have her on children s Advil and keeping her comfortable until we can see a doctor tomorrow.
