Is Algaecal Plus Effective In The Treatment Of Osteoporosis?

I have this morning ordered some Algaecal plus as I have been diagnosed recently been diagnosed with osteoporisis afer having a dexa scan - this medication sounds good to me. But I m on other meds as I had a renal transplant 14 years ago - needing advice please !
