Is Amoxcil Causing Skin Rashes And Earache?

Hi there, a friend of mine has a 1 month old baby. he has a bit of a phlemy chest. she has rubbed puma balm on his chest and back. he now has a rash on this back, chest, stomach and face. is there any concerns. he is also on antibiotics (amoxcil) as he has very bad ear infection. she also lays his down to drink his bottle.
