I take Prozac for Depression & have been for several years along with Losartan 50 mg for high blood pressure, I also take Valium for anxiety & stress & Zanaflex muscle relaxers for muscle spasms. I recently took a urine test which I wasn t worried about but the results tested me positive for Meth which I was not taking. I asked the lady to send it to the lab because I assured her I was not doing Meth. I contacted a friend of mine in the Medical Field but she hasn t been in the Medical Field long, however she called me back & told me that prozac has amphetamine in it & it can falsely test someone positive for methamphetamine. It s the only logical thing that makes sense. Do you know if this is correct & if so where can I find this information to prove this? Thank you for your help. :)
