Is Amway Nutrilite Protein Powder Good For Muscle Growth?

Sir I have stated going gym from past 2 months..I am 21 yes old..height 166 cms ,weight 55 kg. I want to build good muscles . presently I have thin body shape. I have never used protein powder or any supplements before. Everyone has told me that Amway has good quality supplements but I am confused as to what should I take and what not?

I understand your concern.
Protein supplements are required for muscle growth.
However, it would be better to supplement it by proper means in the diet.
Products advertised by some companies may contain other ingredients along with protein and might cause side effects. Moreover, many of these products are not tested and recommended by the food safety authorities.
Hence, in case you need to take protein supplements, provide it by consuming in the form of natural foods like egg white, pulses and soya beans along with medicated protein powder forms which can be mixed and consumed along with milk.
