General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Anesthetic medications go in fetal circulation and in first trimester can cause birth defects they are not safe but only in extreme cases you can use. I suggest you to consult with your doctor the possibility to follow up your lipoma and after birth to remove it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
