Is Apomorphine Injection A Good Option For My Mother With Parkinson S Who Has Stiffness, And Frequent Episodes Despite Levodopa?

My mother has Parkinson s disease (mainly has stiffness and no tremor) for more than five years. The Levodopa tablets seem inadequate. She has several hours of off periods daily with much difficulty in walking, burning sensation etc. Is taking Apomorphine injection the right solution?
