Is Arimidex Effective In The Treatment Of Breast Cancer?

I have stage 4 breast cancer, which metastasized to my bones. Only diagnosed in early October, discovered.after colostomy surgery. I am 75, with CIDP, in a power chair ( nearly 6 years.i chose no chemo or radiation. I am taking arimidex for the cancer. Did I make the right choice?
