Is Ascoril Recommended For A Child Suffering From Cough And Stomach Ache?

Yes. My 7 years old son has been coughing for some 5 days. Today s suddenly stopped playing , has lost appetite and is complaining of stomach ache. The weather has been windy and cold, so I suspect brochititis. Can he take ascoril and what s the dosage?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
It is better to give levosalbutamol syrup than ascoril. You can give 4 to5 ml twice to thrice daily. If there is palpitations then decrease dosage. Avoid hard diet and give easily digestible diet like porridges. You can also give ranitidine syrup.
Thanks.
