Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic.

You seem to have developed irritant dermatitis to toothpaste, thus causing the skin to turn red, brown.
This would take around 3-5 days to resolve.
Since you probably need to look better on next day, therefore, you can use a concealer or a foundation to hide it. That should serve the immediate purpose.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream at the spot, twice daily for 3-5 days. Steroids are antiinflammatory and would help resolve irritant dermatitis.
This is a prescription product and I suggest you to visit a dermatologist for the needful.
Regarding acne, I would suggest specific treatment. Topical antibacterials like clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel for day time use on active acne and topical retinoid e.g adapalene gel for night time application.
Oral antibiotics may also be helpful if your acne is inflammatory i.e red, painful and pustular.
You must present yourself to a dermatologist for an assessment of the severity of acne and appropriate treatment.

Regards
