Hi. My son 3 yr old is having a severe cough to due to usage of frequent cold water. Now it sounds like a bark, dry coughing. Doctor proposed a local manufactured Syrup antibiotic named Rithmo. All day long we found no improvement with recent temp 103. Kept giving him brufen which saves few hours than it goes back to 102 or 103. Can we go for Augmenton in this case? His case history since birth for simliar case of coughing reflects augmentiom as a successor. Even claricid does not suit him
