Is Azomax And Clenil Compositum Nebulization Enough For My Child S Worsening Dry Cough?

Dear Concern My daughter has had a dry cough for the last three days and it had further increased today. I am giving her Azomax which contains 200mg/5ml of Azithromycin powder for oral suspension along with nebulizing her with Clenil ® Compositum for Aerosol. Does this improve her health or should i refer to the physician
