Is BP Of 138/86 A Cause For Concern?

Hi, I just went to my doctor for a pulled muscle and he took a blood pressure reading of 155/94, and was quite concerned. He recommended I take Bp at home for a week. I have taken four daily readings that averaged 138/86. I am 64 years old. Should I be concerned?
