Is BP Of 192/102 A Cause For Concern?

My wife just checked her blood pressure and it reads 192/102. Should there be great concern for possible clotting or a thyroid problem? I do appreciate your time but I can ask my PCP, I am disabled with COPD and under doctors care. thanks again for your time...

Dear Sir,

Blood pressure of 192/102 is too high. High pressure can complicate with stroke.
So I would advise her to call emergency.
