Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all you should consult your Emergency doctor and get the antibiotics changed.
If not then atleast you can start taking Pantoprazole empty stomach in the morning till you are on antibiotics.
For diarrhea you can take Loperamide and drink plenty of fluids and rehydration salts dissolved in water..
Eat at regular intervals and have light meals.
You can apply Anovate ointment as it also contains a steroid component and will help in reducing soreness and inflammation.
Doing sitz bath can also be relieving.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
